HI I'm Kathy Welty. I started in the floral business here in Dubuque over 30 years ago with Christensen's on Windsor ave. After working on the craft of floral artistry there for 15 years, I transferred to Hy-Vee's original location in Dubuque, on Dodge St. In service there for 15 years extending my floral expertise, and sharpening my skills. Hi I'm Ron Ferraro. For 15 years I have been living in the Dubuque area. Moving here from Florida. During that time I have spent the past 11 years managing the floral shop at the original Hy-vee on Dodge st. Bringing my past years of retail management from Albertson's, and Kroger food stores along, and only the premier in customer service, and satisfaction. Before that having the opprotunity to work in a family owned business with my father, (Deco Arts Corp.) breeding my entrepreneurial sprit to come.
